We aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase. Refund Eligibility

1. Refunds Before Asset Purchase

• Refunds are available for shares and Cashnodes only before the purchase of the ASIC and/or the coins for the Cashnodes.
• Once these assets have been purchased, refunds will no longer be possible.

2. Service Failure Refunds

• If the service is not provided as promised due to reasons within The Node Factory’s control, we will issue a refund.
• If the service is not provided due to reasons beyond The Node Factory’s control, a refund will not be issued.
• External factors such as blockchain network congestion, force majeure events, or third-party service disruptions do not qualify for a refund.

Non-Refundable Cases Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

• If the purchase of the ASIC or coins for Cashnodes has already been completed.
• If the issue is caused by the customer (e.g., incorrect wallet details, misunderstanding of the service).
• If market conditions change after the purchase, affecting the investment’s value.
