The Node Factory was born from a simple yet powerful realization. When DodgerDog retired from his day job, it wasn’t because of luck—it was because the passive income strategies he learned in the Sleep Money Club had successfully replaced his salary. That raised an important question: Could others do the same?
To find out, we launched a nine-month Beta test within the club, putting our methods to the test. The results exceeded all expectations. But along the way, we uncovered a challenge—most people simply didn’t have the time, knowledge, or resources to manage these strategies themselves. That’s where The Node Factory found its true purpose: handling the hard parts so our customers don’t have to.
We also realized that building passive income could be made more accessible. By breaking down investments like Nodes and ASIC miners into smaller, more manageable pieces, we lowered the barrier to entry while keeping earning potential intact.
After proving the concept, The Node Factory went live to the world on May 1st, 2024, and we’ve been making passive income dreams a reality ever since. Our mission is simple: helping our customers achieve financial freedom and retire on their own terms.
Robb has been in technology for nearly 35 years. In 2023, he retired on passive income from crypto. He wanted to find out if the model was repeatable and worked with some friends in the Sleep Money Club private discord to test that. It went very well. From there he and Lideo started what is now The Node Factory. Along the way several people volunteered to join just because they believed in the project. They even refused to accept compensation during the long Beta testing. The goal was to build a proper technology company with long time professionals which provides a truly needed service to a growing customer base.
Lideo resides in Canada, where he balances his roles as a family man and an accomplished business owner. His journey into the crypto world began in 2021 when he started to document his exploration of the evolving landscape with a YouTube channel. Lideo adeptly fulfills various roles as an entrepreneur and a crypto investor.
Joe is an indispensable presence to our team. A technology manager with skills in all areas of hosting, virtualization, networking and cybersec. In his spare time he enjoys being outside and drinking bourbon.
David spent over a decade in China doing sales and business development before getting into crypto in 2021. He enjoys cigars, whiskey and the ocean. David has been an advisor to TNF since the beginning and now we are happy he’s agreed to come aboard as Head of Relationships. He brings in partners and builds relationships needed so that we may provide the best offerings at the best pricing from the strongest partners.
Kaimar joins our team as a developer.One of many volunteers at first, Kaimar made himself indispensible by coding solutions quickly and expertly during the weeks leading up to our launch on May 1st, 2024 and then continuing to do so ever since.
